I wanted to tell you how much I'm enjoying your BACC program! I listened to
the call yesterday and I'm listening to all the recorded materials. I
especially appreciated your critiques of the sample calls, especially when
you give a range of ratings. I've been struggling with how to score my
sample tapes. You are so supportive and positive! An inspiration! 
It is with fond recollection and
immeasurable appreciation, I think of Barbra Sundquist and her BACC
classes. Barbra offered the ways and means for me to shore up my courage
and skills, to venture forth with confidence grounded upon understanding
what it took and what I needed still to improve, and to masterfully coach
