CCEC Coaching Model

The four components of the CCEC coaching model are:

Connect fully and deeply with the client
Clarify dynamics, motivation and information
Expand client awareness, knowledge and abilities
Create possibilities for full self-expression

Whether you are a life coach or a business coach, all you have to do is remember these four components and you will coach well.
